Cher is a very sweet hound. She doesn't have a diva complex (much;)) and is very gentle. She loves walking and does pretty well on the leash. She's dreaming of a forever home for the new year.
Cher came to our house yesterday afternoon as our first foster. She was introduced to our 5 year old male, Beacon, and our 2 year old female, Victoria. On the way over she leaned on my arm and loved touches. At our home we let her meet everyone. She did great. In our big back yard, all were muzzled and she carried her own. She is fast, precise, and loves to run. She is a fierce competitor but is quite the lady and just loves to run. She has those wonderful, penetrating amber eyes which will stare longingly at you. Last night she was surrounded by Beacon and Victoria on their beds while she watched often in her crate. She has adjusted nicely so far.
